Debbie has been passionate about dentistry since the age of 16, beginning her professional journey in 1989. With decades of experience, she serves as both a dental hygienist and dental assistant, embracing the versatility her role offers. At Academy Dental, Debbie values the opportunity to grow every day, working alongside doctors who are kind, organized, and committed to sharing their knowledge.

She thrives in a team-oriented environment where genuine care and support create a sense of harmony. Debbie appreciates that everyone works together seamlessly, always putting patients first and ensuring they receive the highest level of care.

Throughout her career, Debbie has had a wide range of experiences, including teaching at a community college and working in a hospital setting providing full dental rehabilitation for children – experiences that have deepened her knowledge and compassion for patient care.

Outside of work, Debbie enjoys spending time with her partner, her son, her four grandchildren, and her beloved pets – two dogs and two cats. In her free time, she loves traveling to San Diego, a place she visits often and considers her happy place.

With 2 years of experience in dentistry, Cecilia brings energy and dedication to her role as Business Administrator at Academy Dental Care. She ensures patient satisfaction by carefully managing insurance details, responding to calls, and supporting the team in daily operations. Cecilia thrives in a collaborative environment, enjoying her close-knit team and the supportive culture that Academy Dental fosters.

Passionate about seeing patients smile with confidence, Cecilia loves being part of the procedures, from routine visits to root canals and extractions. Outside of work, she enjoys golfing, hiking, and walking with her two pups, and she shares a close bond with her fiancée and family who are her biggest cheerleaders.

Katherine, with 25 of dental experience, brings over two decades of administrative expertise to Academy Dental Care. With a lifelong passion for helping patients, she ensures every visit is smooth, welcoming, and efficient. Katherine loves building long-term relationships and guiding patients toward confident, informed dental decisions that enhance both their smiles and overall wellness. She values working in an environment built on teamwork, trust, and continuous learning, and she’s proud to be part of a team that treats one another—and every patient—like family. Outside the office, Katherine enjoys painting and spending quality time with her husband, children, and grandchildren.
